Resumo
This research discusses the social indentity generation and development processes within work environments. A case study of BulI SA, a french computer maker in crisis, is analyzed. This company implemented an human resources management system aiming to reduce cultural diversity, which generated resistance actions from several organizational groups. We try to explain the reason of such resistance actions.
