Resumo
This study brings the argument that dynamic capabilities through the influences of external political relationship is able to create educational technology capability and it results in better performance. The reconfiguration and application of an educational system engaged in understanding the external needs of an institution and finding internal evaluations to improve their processes can bring better results at the expense of their resources expandability and show superior performance from results in the growth of sales and services as shown by the analysis of this study.
