Resumo
The research aimed to examine the impacts of recent transformations in the occupational composition of Brazilian workers, in what concerns to differences according to gender. These changes are a result, in one hand, of the new requirements demanded by the present productive and organizational processes, and in the other hand, of the economic conjuncture policies aiming to stabilization, which limit the opportunities of new jobs in the formal labor market, increasing the number of works in informal activities. The impacts of these trnasformations are showed by the composition and evolution of the occupational participations of workers in the several sectors and situations of labor contracts.
