Resumo
This study will explore the definition on influencing policy design (interest groups, pressure groups and lobby), and it will relate to topics such as participation and legitimacy, under policy reform context. The purpose is to identify positive and effective ways of monitoring policy influence, to interact properly with decision makers and other stakeholders.
