Resumo
This project aims at discussing three points: i) the relative importance of denationalization among the transactions analyzed by CADE in 2000; ii) the peculiarity of denationalization transactions relative to the rest of operations; iii) the possible distinction of denationalization cases with regard to behavior of productive investment after entry. The conclusions of the work permit to assess the adequacy of a differential treatment in the exam of transactions which cause denationalization.
