Brazil has strict laws on what is the control of consumers relations. However, me still can not seem to realize that the natural vulnerability of the consumer against the supplier could be effectively minimized. Some instruments, such as the Public Civil Action, Survey and Civil Commitment Adjustment of Conduct, as they were made, theoretically, can contribute significantly to the achievement of a more effective legal consumerist legislation and hence to social effectiveness of consumer rights, although, in practice, some challenges need to be addressed.
