Resumo
The aim in of the research was to acess the internal and external organizational factors that fácilitate or inhibit research at the University Research profassors and ministra to rs were interviewd using appropriate questionairs. The conclusion was that the positive forces to the clevelopment ol; research weve the neve ase irt the number of full-time faculty and scholarships for graduate students. The negative factors were the lack of internal funds and the fact that research activity is not considered priority by those interviewd.
